Job Summary
Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging. Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care. Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth. Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment. Opportunity for center leadership growth and ownership along the career ladder (BCBA to Sr. BCBA to various leadership roles).
