Job Summary
Develop clinically sound treatment plans and deliver evidence-based therapy in a play-focused environment. Supervise and mentor RBTs to support high-quality care, collaborate with families to set goals and track progress, and manage a manageable caseload (up to 8 children). Role supports leadership pathways (Sr. BCBA to clinical leadership track) with opportunities for long-term ownership, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.
