Job Summary
Develop and deliver evidence-based ABA therapies as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities include developing clinically sound treatment plans, supervising and mentoring RBTs, collaborating with families to set goals and track progress, and delivering high-quality care to a manageable caseload (up to 8 children). Role includes remote-work flexibility with up to 3 days/month plus additional remote days, sign-on and mentorship bonuses, relocation options, and pathways toward long-term ownership. Eligible for leadership growth through the SB leadership track and participation in ongoing training and events with leading clinicians. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $117,000 annually, with opportunities for bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification
- ability to supervise RBTs
- development of treatment plans
- ability to collaborate with families to set goals and track progress
- delivery of evidence-based therapy in ABA
- conduct supervision hours toward RBT pursuing Master’s in ABA
- mentorship and leadership capabilities
- participation in continuing education (CEUs)
