Job Summary
Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging; supervise and mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care; collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth; Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment. Our BCBA role includes remote work flexibility up to 3 days per month and up to 16 additional assessment-related days per year, with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule and a large focus on mentorship, leadership tracks, and center-based clinical leadership opportunities.
