Job Summary
Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging; supervise and mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care; collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth; deliver evidence-based therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment. BCBA certification is involved; role includes supervision of RBTs, mentorship, and opportunities for leadership advancement within the center network. Includes relocation packages, sign-on bonus, remote-work benefits (up to 3 WFH days per month and up to 16 additional assessment-related WFH days per year), and a comprehensive benefits package. Schedule is Monday–Friday daytime hours with a manageable caseload (up to 8 children).
