Job Summary
Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging; supervise and mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care; collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth; deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment. This role supports up to 8 children, offers a remote-work benefit (up to 3 days per month plus up to 16 additional assessment-related remote days per year), and provides growth trajectories including mentorship bonuses, supervision of RBTs pursuing Master’s in ABA, sign-on incentives, relocation packages, and a clear leadership pathway from BCBA to Sr. BCBA and beyond.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master’s in ABA or equivalent
- Supervision of RBTs
