Job Summary
Develop treatment plans that are clinically sound and engaging; supervise and mentor RBTs to support high-quality care; collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth; deliver evidence-based therapy in a play-focused environment; participate in a structured career path from BCBA to Sr. BCBA and beyond, with opportunities for mentorship, bonuses, and relocation support. The role includes remote-work flexibility (up to 3 work-from-home days per month and up to 16 additional assessment-related WFH days per year) within a Monday–Friday daytime schedule, and manageable caseloads (up to 8 children). Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience supervising RBTs or providing supervision in ABA
- Ability to develop and implement treatment plans
- Collaborative with families and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and data-driven decision making
