Job Summary
Develop clinically sound treatment plans; supervise and mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care; collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth; deliver evidence-based ABA therapy in a play-focused environment. Role includes a remote-work benefit (up to 3 work-from-home days per month, plus up to 16 additional WFH days per year) with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule. Almost 30 days off in Year One (holidays, PTO, CEU days, flex days) and a manageable caseload (up to 8 children). Relocation packages available, sign-on bonus up to $10,000, mentorship and certification bonuses, and potential long-term ownership upon progression. No non-compete. Continuing education support (minimum 10 CEUs/year in-house) and comprehensive health benefits. Center leadership path from BCBA to Sr. BCBA and beyond. Training with noted experts and access to research/innovation collaborations.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience supervising RBTs
- Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs
- Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging
- Deliver Evidence-Based ABA therapy
- Collaborate with families to set goals and track progress
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime hours
