Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Acorn Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join as a Program Supervisor in the Virginia Beach area to oversee client treatment from assessment through care delivery across clinical centers, client homes, and community settings. You will serve as the clinical lead on cases, supervise Behavior Technicians, develop, oversee, and implement client BIPs and Treatment Plans, monitor progress through data, and provide training and supervision to staff. You’ll collaborate with clients, families, schools, and colleagues, participate in team meetings, and promote awareness of ASD and ABA through trainings and presentations. The role involves leading treatment across settings, conducting initial and follow-up assessments, and ensuring high-quality implementation of interventions with a focus on clinical impact hours and partnership opportunities. Required qualifications include a master’s in ABA or related field, active BCBA, strong communication, and the ability to work across clinical centers, homes, and community environments.
