Job Summary
Develop materials, conduct behavioral assessments, and oversee program implementation for clients with ASD and other disabilities using evidence-based methodologies. Assist staff in developing behavior plans, provide professional learning on functional behavior assessments, and manage caseloads while traveling to serve individuals. Record notes, billing units, and data entry assignments via the Electronic Healthcare Record System. Maintain a valid Montana driver's license, pass background checks, and meet monthly fiscal goals. Earn $70,000 annually with quarterly bonuses, tuition advancement, and comprehensive health benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Advanced degree (MS, MA, PhD) in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Five years of direct work experience
- Valid Montana Driver's License
- Acceptable driving record
- Pass a criminal and protective services background check
- Specific professional license and/or professional certification as required by state, federal governing boards, and other such certification boards
- Must have or be willing to obtain qualifications to train employees in the specific and mandatory training areas of A.W.A.R.E., Inc.
