Job Summary
Develop materials, oversee program implementation, and conduct behavioral assessments for clients with ASD and other disabilities. Provide professional learning and support staff working with individuals exhibiting inappropriate behaviors. Manage caseloads, travel within the assigned geographical area, and utilize audio/video equipment to create training programs. Record notes, billing units, and data entries via the Electronic Healthcare Record System. Maintain compliance with state and federal certification requirements while meeting monthly fiscal goals. Required Qualifications
- Board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA)
- Advanced degree (MS, MA, PhD) in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Five years of direct work experience
- Valid Montana Driver's License
- Acceptable driving record
- Pass criminal and protective services background check
- Specific professional license and/or professional certification as required by state, federal governing boards, and other such certification boards
- Must have or be willing to obtain qualifications to train employees in the specific and mandatory training areas of A.W.A.R.E., Inc.
