Job Summary
Develop materials, conduct functional behavior assessments, and provide professional learning for staff and clients with ASD or other disabilities using evidence-based methodologies. Plan and oversee the implementation of ABA programs, behavior plans, and best practices while managing a caseload that requires travel within the assigned geographical area. Record notes, billing units, and data entry assignments via the Electronic Healthcare Record System to meet monthly fiscal goals. Maintain an advanced degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field with five years of direct work experience, a valid Montana driver's license, and required certifications. Required Qualifications
- Board certified behavior analyst
- Advanced degree (MS, MA, PhD) in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Five years of direct work experience
- Valid Montana Driver's License
- Acceptable driving record
- Pass criminal and protective services background check
- Specific professional license and/or professional certification as required by state, federal governing boards, and other such certification boards
- Must have or be willing to obtain qualifications to train employees in the specific and mandatory training areas of A.W.A.R.E., Inc.

- Knowledge of principles and techniques of staff training and development
- Skilled in using an assortment of audio and video equipment for the development of training programs
- Ability to plan, organize, and implement projects
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, other agencies, and the public
- Skilled in workshop management and presentation and in organizing and scheduling people, places, and events
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with individuals and groups at all professional levels
- Effective and creative negotiator and problem solver
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks/goals for self and others
