Job Summary

Conduct assessments using tools such as ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, PEAK, AFLS, Vineland, and functional behavior assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for center-based, in-home, community-based, and telehealth ABA programs. Supervise Behavior Technicians, provide ongoing parent training, and monitor learner progress to make clinical recommendations. Ensure accurate clinical documentation, billing, and EHR compliance while collaborating with the Associate Clinical Director to maintain staffing plans. Uphold BACB ethics, Michigan LBA requirements, HIPAA standards, and Hope Network policies. Join a multidisciplinary clinical team in East Lansing offering predictable schedules, CEU support, and pathways to BCBA or leadership roles.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • BCaBA certification with a passing BACB exam score
  • Current Michigan LBA (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Minimum 2 years of ABA clinical experience, including autism treatment and behavior programming
  • Experience providing ABA in clinic, home-based, and community settings
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and clinical decision-making skills
