Job Summary
Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) needed to conduct assessments using ABLLS-R/VB-MAPP/PEAK/AFLS/Vineland, develop individualized treatment plans and BIPs for center-based, in-home, community, and telehealth ABA programs, supervise Behavior Technicians, provide parent training, monitor progress with data analysis, ensure documentation/EHR/Billing accuracy, and collaborate with leadership to maintain staffing and service quality while upholding BACB ethics and Michigan LBA requirements in East Lansing, MI and Union Star, MO.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- BCaBA certification with a passing BACB exam score
- Current Michigan LBA (or eligibility to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years of ABA clinical experience, including autism treatment and behavior programming
- Experience providing ABA in clinic, home-based, and community settings
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and clinical decision-making skills
