Job Summary
Provide a minimum of 27 billable hours per week across 6 to 10 assigned cases while maintaining 80% scheduled billable hours. Supervise Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians, ensuring accurate data collection, proper program implementation, and adherence to reinforcement schedules. Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and design Behavior Intervention Plans for clients exhibiting maladaptive behaviors. Complete and submit Plans of Care at least 45 days prior to expiration and maintain detailed programs in Central Reach. Provide monthly parent training sessions and attend all-staff meetings to collaborate on best practices. Perform bimonthly reviews of key responsibilities and KPIs for supervised staff, ensuring a minimum of 10% supervision rate per client monthly. This BCBA Consultant supports the company's strategic goals of maximizing billable hours and serving over 300 children with autism.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Current NC licensure or the ability to obtain NC licensure within a specified timeframe
- Ability to interpret data and adjust programs based on measurable trends
- Precision in documentation, program development, and maintaining compliance
- Strong supervision skills, providing constructive feedback to RBTs and BTs, and fostering team growth
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including RBTs, BTs, parents, and other BCBAs
- Capable of handling multiple cases while maintaining timely submissions of POCs and supervision forms
- A strong work ethic and passion for making a difference in the lives of children with autism
- Must embody a culture of collaboration, integrity, and innovation
- Must work collaboratively with their team
- Must maintain transparency in client progress
- Must consistently seek new ways to improve the quality of ABA services
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a BCBA, preferably in a clinical setting providing services to children with autism
- Proficiency in Central Reach or other ABA data management systems
- Demonstrated experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in delivering parent training and team collaboration
