Job Summary
Provide direct supervision and clinical support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while implementing and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans. Collect, analyze, and interpret client data to monitor treatment progress, conduct caregiver training to promote skill generalization, and complete clinical documentation in accordance with company, insurance, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with BCBAs, Clinical Directors, and interdisciplinary providers through team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development. Maintain ethical standards outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Required Qualifications
- Current BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Bachelor's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel between client locations if needed
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
