Job Summary
Provide peer-to-peer support grounded in mutual respect by sharing strategies from your own recovery journey. Support adults in building independence, wellness, and community connections while collaborating with care teams to align services with client goals. Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and offer crisis support when necessary. Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, with Board Certified candidates receiving an increased hourly rate. This role offers professional growth, training in peer support, and consistent, reliable hours to build meaningful, long-term connections within a welcoming environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- In recovery from a mental health condition as an adult
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

- Previous experience supporting others through recovery (personal or professional)
