Job Summary
Board Administrator/Executive Assistant at Parker University providing governance support to Board of Trustees and President’s Office. Responsibilities include coordinating BOT meetings, preparing board books and minutes, tracking action items, maintaining governance records, calendar and travel coordination for executives, and assisting with executive communications and special projects. Requires delivering professional, confidential administrative support in a high-visibility university environment; on-campus presence is required with occasional travel for BOT meetings and events. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 5–8 years supporting senior executives or boards; paralegal or similar certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Minimum of 5–8 years of experience supporting senior executives or executive leadership teams
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting boards of directors, boards of trustees, or executive governance functions required
- Paralegal certification or other professional certification preferred
