Job Summary
Assist the Site Lead or Site Engineer in delivering services to operate and maintain the property, including technical, maintenance, procurement, and asset & vendor management. Develop sound working relationships with client representatives and suppliers, ensure contracts are maintained to provide necessary supplies and services, review supplier performance against SLAs/KPIs, ensure the site is well maintained and stocked for maximum efficiency, maintain an effective Work Order system, assist with meetings/events, provide backup support, and liaise with client on-site representatives to address issues and improve performance. Expect collaboration with facilities team and broader APM network, with a focus on delivering reliable operations and responsive support, including after-hours and emergency responses.
Required Qualifications
- BO Chargeman 11kV Certificate by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission)
- Sound interpersonal skills
- Written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters
- AutoCAD skill will be an advantage
