Job Summary
Nursing Assistant Training program offering free CNA training with 36-40 hours of classroom work and 75 hours of supervised practicum in a long-term care facility. Students must pass classroom tests (80% with three attempts) and complete required clinical sign-ins and skills checklists under a licensed instructor or preceptor. A criminal background check, TB test, and physical are required prior to starting. Upon successful completion, students receive a certificate of completion and may have the state exam paid for if hired; if not employed, the test cost is the student's responsibility.
