Job Summary
Coordinate repair orders, recommend necessary maintenance and repairs, communicate with technicians, and help customers make informed decisions while ensuring a seamless service experience from vehicle check-in through delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for over 120 daily service guests, maintaining the highest level of satisfaction through exceptional customer service and relationship-building. Requires a valid driver's license with a clean record, strong organizational skills, and experience with dealership management systems. Competitive compensation of $100-200k annually plus medical, dental, and vision insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of BMW Service Advisor (service writing) experience, or 5 years of luxury/high-line automotive service advisor experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional appearance and positive, outgoing demeanor
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Desired Qualifications
- Reynolds & Reynolds / ERA-IGNITE experience is a plus (or willingness to learn)
