BMW Master Technician

Job Summary
Diagnose, maintain, and repair BMW vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and drivetrain components. Utilize factory diagnostic equipment and software to identify and resolve concerns, performing warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications. Communicate recommended repairs and timelines with Service Advisors while completing repair orders accurately. Perform routine maintenance services and inspections, maintaining a clean work area within a collaborative team environment. Report directly to the Service Manager in a modern shop equipped with BMW diagnostic technology. Monday-Friday 7am-5:30pm with rotating Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- BMW Master Technician certification
- Previous experience as a BMW mainline technician
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair BMW vehicles using factory diagnostic equipment and procedures
- Extensive knowledge of advanced automotive systems and electronic diagnostics
- Qualified to perform BMW warranty repairs
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
