Job Summary
Lease-end Inspector at Pacific BMW responsible for inspecting returning vehicles, guiding customers through lease-end options, finalizing paperwork, and supporting customer retention. Performs pre-inspections and final turn-ins to assess mileage, tire wear, and excess wear-and-tear, processes transactions in CRM and OEM Financial platforms, delivers professional client experiences, takes photos for Safelease claims, and assists in managing inventory and paperwork to ensure lease-end documentation is complete.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience with vehicle inspections in a dealership environment
- Understanding knowledge of lease contracts, rules, and auto insurance policies
- Strong interpersonal skills and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and build a positive team environment
- High attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to exercise sound judgment
- Physical requirements including ability to move throughout facility, outdoor work in weather, and various motion
