Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive product information throughout the sales and aftersales processes, using a consultative selling approach to match the best vehicle to customer needs and create a great vehicle delivery experience. Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, prospect through referrals and creative approaches, and drive targeted sales goals while developing superior product knowledge to assist customers and transition them to the Service Department for ongoing ownership support. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid in-state driver’s license and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
- Ability to provide exceptional customer experience
- Proven ability to set and achieve targeted goals
- Prior sales experience preferred but not required
