Job Summary
Product Specialist role delivering comprehensive product information and a world-class customer experience throughout sales and aftersales. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, applying a consultative selling process to match vehicle needs, creating a great vehicle delivery experience, following up for satisfaction, prospecting through referrals, setting and achieving sales goals, gaining product knowledge to assist customers, and transitioning customers to the Service Department to support ownership. Emphasis on exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty and success measured by targeted unit sales and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
- Prior sales experience preferred but not required
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
- Organization and follow-up skills
- Valid in-state driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
