Job Summary
Repair vehicles in a safe, efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction; read and understand customer complaints, diagnose findings, complete all authorized repairs per manufacturer and company policy, document repairs, meet flat-rate hour metrics, and act as a leader/mentor to technicians and apprentices. Maintain ASE/manufacturer certifications, stay up to date with manufacturer data and service bulletins, comply with safety/OSHA regulations, and perform road tests as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver’s license
- 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service orientated environment preferred
- Can adapt and embrace change with an internal and external customer centric mindset
- Act as an advocate for teammates and have a strong commitment to technology advancement
- Possesses effective communication skills: oral, written, listening.
- Works well with customers, promotes a positive image of the company, strives to solve issues raised by customers.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
