BMT Oncology - Clinical Nurse

Provides direct patient care in the inpatient BMT Oncology unit, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Educates patients and families on illness management and post-treatment home care. Participates in patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance activities and professional development. Develops and documents individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interprofessional team and patient/family, ensuring effective communication across the care continuum. Utilizes advanced nursing skills to address physical, psychosocial, emotional, and cultural needs. This is a safety-sensitive position with shifts including night or rotating schedules; a sign-on bonus is eligible. Unit 9800 is located in Parkview Tower on BJH North Campus.
