BMT Oncology - Clinical Nurse

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for BMT oncology patients, including leukemia care, stem cell transplants, and graft-versus-host disease. Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration while promoting patient-centered safety and regulatory compliance. Develop and document individual plans of care in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum. Utilize critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, accounting for patient values and cultural preferences. Works 3/12-hour shifts with night or rotating options on the inpatient unit.
