BMS Service Technician

Job Summary
Installation and commissioning of building automation systems; timely fault analysis and rectification of technical issues; service and maintain installed equipment on existing sites. Opportunities to move into other areas of the business or develop leadership skills into a management role. Requires 5 years’ experience in building controls, electrical license or restricted electrical license, and skills in IT/network/PC hardware. Strong communication and customer service, safety-awareness, and a passion for driving reliable, safe operation of building systems.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years experience in building controls post apprenticeship
- Electrical license or restricted electrical license
- Experience with Building Performance and Energy Efficiency Solutions
- Skills in IT, network communication and PC hardware configuration
- BMS/DDC software engineering skills preferred
- Excellent communications skills and customer service
- Ability to identify and resolve safety issues
