Job Summary
Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and networked control system issues in BMS across commercial and mission-critical environments. Independently troubleshoot, service, and commission systems while executing tickets from assignment through full resolution within SLA timelines. Perform upgrades, backups, restores, and configuration changes, including reading control drawings to identify and implement solutions. Install and configure control components like sensors and panels, ensuring 100% documentation accuracy and safety compliance. This role requires 90% travel, on-call rotation, and emergency response capabilities for field-based execution.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of BMS, building automation, or HVAC controls experience
- Proficiency with Tridium Niagara (N4) or equivalent controls systems
- Strong troubleshooting capability across control systems (hardware, software, and networked systems)
- Must be able to stand, walk, climb ladders, and work in mechanical spaces
- Must be able to lift tools and equipment (up to ~50 lbs.)
- Must be able to work in confined or high-access environments as needed
- Must be available for standard work hours with on-call rotation and emergency response requirements
- Must be willing to travel 90% based on service and project needs
