BMS Service Project Manager

Lead daily service operations and project execution for building automation systems in data centers and mission-critical environments by managing a team of technicians who diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize control systems. Coordinate technician scheduling, dispatch, and resource allocation while monitoring progress to ensure safe, efficient completion of service projects, repairs, and commissioning activities. Serve as the primary technical escalation point for complex controls issues, review root-cause analyses, and validate programming changes and system modifications. Maintain accurate service documentation, track labor utilization, and communicate project status and outage updates to customers and internal stakeholders. Partner with the Construction Manager on escalated concerns and service recovery efforts while coaching field technicians on troubleshooting best practices and safety standards.
