BMS / SCADA Specialist- Data Center Specialist

Lead design review, configuration, integration, testing, commissioning, and handover of BMS and SCADA systems for data center and mission-critical projects in KSA. Review architecture, points lists, network topologies, and control schematics to ensure alignment with project requirements and best practices. Configure, program, and troubleshoot controllers, servers, field devices, HMIs, and alarm management systems while integrating with electrical, mechanical, fire alarm, and third-party systems using protocols like BACnet, Modbus, and OPC. Execute Integrated Systems Testing (IST) to validate control logic, alarms, interlocks, and redundancy. Coordinate with MEP, commissioning, IT, vendors, and client representatives to witness FAT, SAT, and site testing. Develop and maintain documentation, ensure compliance with standards and local regulations, and support O&M manual preparation and operator training. Assist with post-handover support and optimization. Requires 7–10 years of experience and strong proficiency in major BMS/SCADA platforms.
