BMS Project Engineer

Job Summary
Lead the production of project design documents (points lists, system schedules, equipment schedules, drawings), design and implement control programming for Johnson Controls and third-party products, ensure software testing and QA compliance, design and implement graphical user interfaces for new and existing installations to meet customer standards, provide solutions to very complex systems problems, work with the project manager on deliverable scope and project financials, maintain proactive customer interaction to understand needs and current systems, assist in the bid phase with technical recommendations, and provide leadership to junior engineers, technicians and apprentices.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in a similar role
- BEng or technical related field
- High-level knowledge of HVAC Controls products and services
- High-level knowledge in IT and server environments
- Excellent written & verbal communications skills
- Advanced computer / MS Windows skills (MS Projects, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)
