Job Summary
Lead Building Management System projects from India Engineering center with end-to-end execution across lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality. Review MEP drawings to identify HVAC equipment, select sensors/actuators, generate BOM, program supervisory/DDC controllers, create test plans, perform simulations, and deliver commissioning packages. Maintain QA standards, prepare I/O summaries, BMS network architecture, and ensure defect-free hardware/software delivery; require strong knowledge of HVAC systems, BMS protocols, and field wiring, with 4-8 years of related experience. Required Qualifications
- BE/ME in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or Electronics & Communications
- 4 to 8 years of relevant Building Automation/BMS Design/Industrial Automation experience
- Knowledge of HVAC systems (Chilled Water, Cooling Towers, Pumps, AHUs, FCUs, VAV)
- Strong knowledge of BMS architecture and controllers/Workstations
- Proficiency with network protocols (BACnet, LON, Modbus, OPC)
- Experience in wiring of field devices, safety interlocks, and panels
- Experience in engineering, installing, and commissioning of HVAC & BMS in infrastructure projects
- Ability to perform software programming for supervisory and DDC level controllers; test planning and commissioning
- Strong communication skills and leadership abilities
- Quick learner with problem-solving mindset
