BMS Graphics- PLC/SCADA

Be responsible for executing Building Management System global projects; perform detailed engineering per country standards; program DDC/SCADA and supervision controllers, design graphics templates and symbol libraries per regional requirements; independently execute project tasks through lifecycle, with first-level escalation handling. Review MEP drawings to identify HVAC equipment, dampers and sensors; review control specifications and sequence of operations; generate RFIs and BOMs; select sensors, control valves, dampers, air flow stations, and controllers; prepare I/O summaries and BMS network architecture; program controllers and interlocks; develop test plans, run simulations, troubleshoot errors, and deliver supervisory-level programming and customer deployments. Develop graphics to meet requirements, ensure QA and defect-free hardware/software/graphics delivery; follow processes and guidelines to meet timelines; apply Niagara Analytics for algorithms, fault detection, and data visualization; knowledge of Niagara tag libraries including Haystack; create HTML5 dashboards and analytics; familiarity with BACNet, LON, Modbus, OPC; experience in wiring starters and field devices; AutoCAD experience; prior industrial automation/SCADA experience; experience with BMS projects in pharmaceuticals, airports, commercial buildings, hospitals; strong problem-solving and communication skills; Johnson Controls is an equal opportunity employer.
