Job Summary
Oversee daily site execution of Building Management System installations, supervising technicians and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines. Coordinate with engineers to monitor progress against schedules, report site updates, and troubleshoot technical issues while enforcing HSE standards and quality control procedures. Manage materials, tools, and workforce allocation effectively across Siemens projects. Requires a Diploma in Engineering with five years of BMS installation experience; valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BMS installation and supervision
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC controls, fire alarm, and security system integration
- Excellent leadership and supervision skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Valid Qatar Driving License preferred
