BMS Engineer

Job Summary
As a BMS Engineer, you’ll perform routine service and maintenance on Building Management Systems. Key responsibilities include conducting BMS PPM service visits, responding to callouts, producing service reports, modifying and configuring BMS software, and supervising subcontractors on-site. Candidates should have experience with BMS & HVAC systems, a clean UK driving license, and familiarity with control panel wiring diagrams. HNC/HND or equivalent in a relevant field is preferred. An accelerated training program is available for those willing to learn.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in BMS & HVAC systems (AHUs, FCUs, chillers, etc.)
- Familiarity with Trend, Tridium, or Metasys systems preferred
- Understanding of control panel wiring diagrams and MCC panels
- HNC/HND or equivalent in Electrical, Electronic, or Software Engineering
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Clean UK driving license
Desired Qualifications
- Willingness to learn
- Experience with JCI's Metasys systems
- Hands-on experience in HVAC systems
- Knowledge of BMS networking topologies and communication protocols
