BMS & Document Control Lead

Job Summary
BMS & Document Control Lead focuses on Information Management and Business Management Systems to safeguard asset integrity and process safety. You will maintain document control standards, catalogue/protect/archive critical information, liaise with internal/external parties, act as the IM & BMS Authority, and lead compliance efforts, including OGA obligations. Role includes training and coaching others, distributing internal/external documentation, managing large data needs, generating document control reports, and overseeing document numbering for Asset & Functional Teams, with a hybrid in-office pattern (4 days in the Barrow-in-Furness office; Tue–Thu required; Mon or Fri optional).

- Compliance with statutory legislation in respect of Information Management
- Management of large amounts of structured/unstructured data
