BMS Consultant

Lead the design and oversee contractor implementation of BMS systems across diverse sectors, driving innovation and optimisation of building management solutions. Engage with clients, architects, M&E teams, contractors, and senior management to deliver projects that meet client needs, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goals. Manage projects end-to-end including feasibility studies, specifications, tender management, cost and bid analysis, and progress reporting; conduct system surveys, FAT/SAT testing, and provide clear reports, recommendations, and training. Drive business development, mentor the BMS team, promote SH&E best practices, and support integration of mechanical, electrical, and control systems using open standards with technologies such as Trend, Tridium, and Niagara. Travel nationally to project sites and AECOM offices while balancing office-based work with flexible hybrid remote arrangements.
