BMS Consultant

Lead the design and oversee contractor implementation of Building Management Systems (BMS) across sectors, leveraging Trend, Tridium, and Niagara to meet client needs, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goals. Engage with clients, architects, M&E teams, contractors, and senior management; manage feasibility studies, specifications, tender management, cost and bid analysis, and progress reporting. Conduct system surveys, FAT/SAT testing, and provide clear reports, recommendations, and training to optimize performance. Drive business development, mentor the BMS team, promote SH&E best practices, and support integration of mechanical, electrical, and control systems. Travel nationally to project sites and AECOM offices with a flexible hybrid work arrangement.
