BMS Consultant

Lead the design and oversee contractor implementation of BMS systems across sectors (office fit-outs, mixed-use, industrial, government, commercial), ensuring client needs, regulatory compliance, and sustainability goals are met. Engage with stakeholders at all levels (clients, architects, M&E teams, contractors, senior management); manage complex projects from feasibility through specifications, tender management, cost/bid analysis, and progress reporting. Conduct system surveys, assessments, and FAT/SAT testing with clear reports and training for clients to optimize performance. Drive business development, mentor the BMS team, share knowledge, and contribute to innovation in smart building technologies. Promote SH&E best practices and ensure safety culture. Support integration of mechanical, electrical, and control systems, applying expertise in Trend, Tridium, and Niagara. Occasional national travel to project sites and AECOM offices with a flexible hybrid work model.
