BMS Consultant

Lead design, commissioning, and implementation of BMS across office fit-outs, mixed-use developments, industrial facilities, government and commercial projects; engage with clients, architects, M&E teams, contractors, and senior management to deliver smart building solutions; manage complex projects from feasibility studies through specifications, tender management, cost and bid analysis, and progress reporting; conduct system surveys, FAT/SAT testing, and provide reports, recommendations, and training; drive business development, mentor the BMS team, and promote SH&E best practices; integrate mechanical, electrical, and control systems with open standards and BMS platforms such as Trend, Tridium, and Niagara; travel nationally to project sites and AECOM offices with hybrid/remote work options.
