BMS Consultant

Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of BMS across diverse sectors including office fit-outs, mixed-use developments, industrial facilities, and government projects. Collaborate with clients, architects, M&E teams, and contractors; conduct feasibility studies, develop specifications and schedules, manage tenders and budgets, perform FAT/SAT testing, and deliver clear client reports with recommendations. Drive business development, mentor the BMS team, promote SH&E best practices, and integrate mechanical, electrical, and control systems using Trend, Tridium, and Niagara open standards. Travel nationally to project sites and AECOM offices; balance office-based work with flexible hybrid remote arrangements. Qualification requirement includes a degree/HNC in building services, electrical engineering, or computer science; BMS experience with Trend, Tridium, or Niagara; Chartered status or working toward it with security clearance.
