BMS Consultant

Lead the design and oversee contractor implementation of BMS systems across sectors including office fit-outs, mixed-use developments, and industrial facilities. Engage with clients, architects, M&E teams, contractors, and senior management to build strong relationships and provide expert advice. Manage complex projects from feasibility studies through to tender management, cost and bid analysis, specifications, and progress reporting. Conduct system surveys, FAT/SAT testing, and deliver clear reports, recommendations, and training to optimize performance. Drive business development, mentor the BMS team, promote SH&E best practices, and support integration of mechanical, electrical, and control systems. Apply open communication standards and advanced BMS technologies (Trend, Tridium, Niagara). Occasional national travel to project sites and AECOM offices with a flexible hybrid working arrangement.
