BMS Account Manager

Job Summary
As a BMS Account Manager, you will build and sustain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, source and develop new business opportunities within the BMS market, and deliver engaging technical presentations about products and services. You will work closely with the engineering team to understand customer needs, oversee the sales lifecycle, lead contract negotiations, and prepare performance reports. This role requires experience in BMS project sales, technical understanding of building management systems, and excellent communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in BMS project sales or a closely related discipline.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel across the south of the UK as required.

- Solid technical understanding of Building Management Systems.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Capability to explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
