Job Summary
Design, develop, and implement BMC Helix applications tailored to business requirements while integrating solutions with enterprise systems like Intune, SCCM, and SolarWinds. Customize workflows and user interfaces, ensure CMDB synchronization with BMC Discovery, and configure Foundation data for ITSM modules. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Digital Workplace, Smart IT, and Remedy Single Sign-On, resolving issues within defined SLAs. Create detailed technical documentation, reports, and dashboards, then train end-users on best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in IT service management processes.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of total years of experience
- 3 to 5 years of BMC years of experience
- strong background in IT service management
- deep understanding of the ITIL
- deep understanding of BMC Helix ITSM
- deep understanding of DWPC
- deep understanding of DWPA
- deep understanding of BMC Helix Innovation Studio
- ability to work and live in the UK without restriction
