Job Summary
Systems Analyst to manage multiple applications in the lifecycle for BMC Control-M on Linux/Windows across Gurugram and Bengaluru. Responsibilities include installing, configuring, upgrading, and maintaining Control-M components (Server, Enterprise Manager, Agents), handling plugin deployments, scripting, disaster recovery and high-availability activities, and coordinating with developers and stakeholders to translate requirements into scheduling solutions. Requires experience with batch processing, file transfers, databases (Oracle/SQL Server), and REST API; familiarity with Unix/Linux and Windows; 5-8 years in enterprise IT infrastructure and job-scheduling environments; ability to operate in SOX/ISO/internal audit-controlled settings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (required)
- 5-8 years of experience in large-scale IT Infra environment, enterprise job scheduling, infrastructure or middleware support
- Hands-on experience with Control-M Distributed (Linux/Windows) or Control-M Mainframe
- Experience with Unix/Linux and/or Windows environments
- Scripting knowledge (Shell, PowerShell, Perl, Python)
- Experience with plugin deployment (Database, Informatica, Peoplesoft, AWS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in ITIL-aligned environments
- Knowledge of DR/HA practices and production analysis
- SOX/ISO/internal audit considerations
