Job Summary
Bluewater Convenience Stores seeks a General Manager for a new Summerville, SC location. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, and training staff; creating and managing employee schedules; supervising and developing team members; ensuring daily store operations, inventory levels, cash handling, and labor control; maintaining fuel brand image, displays, pricing, and safety standards; coordinating merchandising, promotions, and vendor communications; ensuring timely reporting and compliance with company policies; and leading store meetings while upholding customer service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in store management preferred
- Background Check Required
- Minimum Age 18 years
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts five days weekly
- Flexibility in schedule to open or close and run shifts without supervision
