Job Summary
Lead and motivate a team of employees while overseeing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures. Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction by addressing escalated concerns promptly and maintaining Bojangles' quality and safety standards. Manage inventory, track waste, and reconcile sales and cash, while training new team members and providing ongoing coaching. Uphold company policies and procedures, with some roles requiring Bojangles University training to support operational standards. Full and part-time positions available at Bluewater in Ravenel, SC, with hourly rates between $16.00 and $20.00.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
