Job Summary
Ensure family and child safety through supervision and crisis intervention while maintaining property security. Build community resources to sustain families and provide trauma-informed care to all members, including those with substance use disorders. Work awake overnight shifts (Sunday–Thursday 9 pm–7 am or Wednesday–Sunday rotations) in a residential setting, utilizing skills in social systems and ecology. This role supports holistic, full-family care at the only national program ending the cycle of addiction across generations, offering comprehensive training in trauma-informed care and substance use disorders.
Required Qualifications
- BSW or other Bachelor's degree (Human Services, Counseling, Psychology, etc), or equivalent experience
